Sub-processors

Pixel Authority uses the service providers below ("sub-processors") to run CapSend. Each one receives only the data it needs for the purpose listed, under a written agreement that requires it to protect the data and use it only to provide its service to us. None of them may use customer content to train AI models. For more about how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.

Recordings and recipient data

These providers process customer content: recordings, requests, and information about recipients.

Account and billing data

These providers process information about customers and their members, such as account details, billing contacts, and usage. Stripe receives account and billing data only, never recordings or recipient data.

Changes to this list

Before we add or replace a sub-processor, we will email organization Owners at least 30 days ahead where possible, and update this page. Customers with a Data Processing Addendum can object to a new sub-processor as the addendum describes.
