New videos, right in Teams.
When someone sends a video, CapSend posts a card to your Teams channel with who sent it, which request it's for, and a thumbnail. One click opens it.

What gets posted
CapSend posts to your Teams channel when something needs your team’s attention, not for every click. Each post links straight to the video or request in CapSend.
- A new video arrives With a thumbnail and any quality warnings.
- Everyone has sent a video
- A video has quality warnings When the checks finish after the video arrived.
- Post for every request, or pick the ones this integration covers.
- Private requests are never posted, wherever they’d otherwise go.
- Pause and resume without losing the setup, and send a test to check it.
- Failed posts are retried, and the last error shows in Settings.
Set it up
CapSend posts through a Teams Workflows webhook. You need to be an owner of your CapSend organization.
-
1
In Teams, open the channel and click ⋯ → Workflows.
-
2
Choose the Send webhook alerts to a channel template, then pick the team and channel. Skip the “from specific people” and “from people in an org” versions. They require a sign-in that CapSend can’t provide.
-
3
Copy the URL the workflow gives you. In CapSend, open Settings → Integrations, choose Microsoft Teams, paste it, and click Connect.
-
4
A “CapSend is connected” card shows up in the channel. Use Send test to check it again later.
Microsoft retired Office 365 connectors in 2026, so Workflows is now the supported way for apps to post into Teams. If you set up an old connector URL elsewhere, you’ll need a Workflows URL here.
